Enrollment in Bilingual Programs

Enrollment in bilingual programs is determined by testing. Students are tested by staff at the Bilingual Family Center. Students who score below a certain point on oral and written proficiency tests may be eligible to attend either a Bilingual Orientation Center or an English Language Learning Center. Students can receive bilingual services until they have the English skills to move into regular school programs. Parents may waive bilingual services at any time.
