Hamilton Middle School

Tuesday, June 23 - Friday, July 10, 2009
9:00 a.m. to noon (3 hours daily for 14 days)
Tuition: $240 per student for the entire session
Partial attendance: $18/day for a minimum of five consecutive days. Students may attend for a minimum of four consecutive days the first week of Session I.
Payment: Pre-registration is required. $150 minimum deposit due with registration. Payment can be made by check or money order. Full tuition must be received prior to the first day of attendance. Mail payment to the post office box address provided below.

Classes:*

• Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced Band
• Beginning & Intermediate String Orchestra
• Jazz Band

Activities: Technique classes, small ensembles, recess time with choice of activities, assemblies, possible field trip, last-day pizza party
Evening Concert: Each session concludes with an evening concert featuring all the performing groups.

Activities: Small ensembles, improvisation, composition, recess time with choice of activities, final-day party
Weekly Concerts: The first two weeks conclude with an informal day time program and the third week concludes with an evening program.

9:00 a.m. to noon (3 hours daily for 15 days)
Tuition: $240 per student for the entire session.
Partial attendance: $18/day for a minimum of five consecutive days.

General Info:

• Students must have completed at least one year of instrumental instruction.
• The program is designed for students in grades 4-8.
• Early registration is recommended for all sessions.
• Operation of the centers is contingent on sufficient enrollment.
• Program is open to students outside Seattle Public Schools.
  

Tuition Refund Policy:

Your deposit or full tuition is refundable up to 10 days prior to the student's first day of attendance (i.e., the start date indicated on their enrollment form).
