Basses Staff:

Renee Phelps

Renne is going into her seventh year with All City. She was a member of the flute and piccolo section for four years, was the piccolo staff member for one year, last year she was the clerical assistant and this will be her first summer with the basses. She graduated from Ballard High School in 2005 and now attends George Washington University where she is majoring in History and International Affairs. She is the pep band at George Washington U where she plays the sousaphone. She sang in front of the White House taking requests from Secret Service Agents.
