Monique Spearman

Monique is going into her seventh year with All City. She spent 5 summers as the member of flute and piccolo section is this will be her second year as their staff member. She graduated from Franklin High School in 2006 and now attends Virginia State University. She is a member of their band the National Honorary Band Sorority, Tau Beta Sigma.
