Summer Information Packet and Permission Form
Information about summer testing for the Advanced Learning
programs and the required parent/guardian form. Summer testing is
available only for students who relocated to the city of Seattle
after October 1, 2007 and were unable to participate in the
school-year testing cycle. Due June 17, 2008.

Teachers must submit this form no later than June 17,
2008.
Both
parent and teacher forms are required when applying for Advanced
Learning programs.
