Schedule
Seattle Public Schools is considering school consolidation and
closure in fall 2007 as one strategy to redirect resources to the
classroom and reduce overhead costs. The district operates about 20
percent excess school capacity for its current, and projected,
student enrollment.
The following schedule outlines the remaining dates in the
consolidation and closure process.
